2004 ANAPBA Summit

The ANAPBA Summit 5 in Vancouver, BC January 9-11, 2004 was hosted by the BC Pipers Association. Thanks to Bob Dunsire for the photos!

 

As at the Atlanta meeting, the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association sent a representative to the conference. This year, RSPBA Chair Kevin Reilly came to ANAPBA, and below addresses the representatives assembled from across North America.

The Board of ANAPBA is comprised of the 10 current presidents
of the North American associations, and at each ANAPBA summit,
there are others, such as ANAPBA founder Jeff Mann,
who contribute to the discussion.
